Day 2: In Istanbul
Full day Tour of Istanbul
We are beginning the day with a full-day guided tour of Istanbul, a city where ancient history and vibrant culture come together beautifully. Our first stop is the famous Topkapi Palace, once home to the Ottoman sultans. We’ll explore its stunning courtyards and treasure-filled chambers that reflect the grandeur of the empire.
Next, we are visiting the Hagia Sophia, one of the most important landmarks in the world. With its grand dome, impressive minarets, and rich history, it has served as a church, mosque, and now a museum. We’ll learn how this incredible structure has witnessed centuries of change.
We then continue to the Blue Mosque, known for its beautiful blue tiles and six elegant minarets. Still used as a place of worship, it is one of Istanbul’s most iconic sites.
To end the day, we are taking a walk through the Grand Bazaar, one of the oldest and largest covered markets in the world. With hundreds of shops and stalls, it’s a perfect place to soak in local life, pick up souvenirs, and experience the colors and energy of Istanbul.

We are taking a domestic flight from Istanbul to Kayseri, bringing you closer to the stunning landscapes and unique beauty of Cappadocia. We will meet you, help you go from your accommodation to the airport, and make sure your trip ends without any problems. We will be arranging a comfortable and timely transfer from the airport to your hotel, ensuring a smooth and relaxed start to your stay.

Discover Cappadocia, Turkey's dreamlike region, famous for its surreal "fairy chimney" rock formations and ancient cave dwellings. Tour of Cappadocia
We are beginning the experience with a visit to the famous Turasan wine factory, where you'll enjoy a guided wine tasting of Cappadocia’s finest local wines. After the tasting, we are heading out for an exciting jeep safari across Cappadocia’s breathtaking landscapes. Starting from Goreme, we’ll drive toward Ortahisar and explore the impressive Ortahisar Castle. Then we are making our way to Uzengi Valley, passing by ancient pigeon houses carved into the soft rock cliffs. Our journey continues to Sahintepesi, where we’ll enjoy a short break and take in the peaceful surroundings, before driving back to Goreme through Pancarli̇k Church.

Day 4: In Cappadocia
Full Day tour of Cappadocia
We will be taking you on an unforgettable full-day excursion through the magical region of Cappadocia, where history, culture, and nature come together in the most beautiful way. We will begin by exploring one of the area’s famous underground cities, where ancient communities once lived in hidden tunnels and chambers carved deep into the earth.
Next, we are visiting the Goreme Open Air Museum, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Here, we’ll walk among centuries-old rock-cut churches and marvel at the colourful frescoes that tell stories from early Christian life. We will continue on to Uchisar, the highest point in Cappadocia, where we will be able to take in breathtaking panoramic views from the summit of a natural stone fortress.
Along the journey, we’ll also stop to discover local craftsmanship. We are learning about the region’s handmade carpets, traditional Turkish tiles, pottery, and beautiful onyx work. These crafts reflect the deep heritage and skill passed down through generations.

Day 5: Cappadocia – Konya – Pamukkale
Sultanhan Caravanserai
We are starting the day with an early breakfast before heading toward Pamukkale, with some incredible cultural stops along the way. Our first visit is to the 13th-century Sultanhan Caravanserai, a remarkable Seljukian structure that once served as a rest stop for traders and travelers on the Silk Road. We are exploring its impressive stone architecture and learning about its role in medieval times, making it a highlight for history lovers.
Konya
Next, we are continuing the drive to Konya, one of Turkey’s oldest and most spiritual cities. Here, we will visit the Mausoleum of Mevlana, the final resting place of the Persian poet and Sufi mystic Rumi. We are walking through the peaceful grounds and exploring the museum that celebrates his teachings and the traditions of the Mevlevi Order.
Pamukkale
Discover Pamukkale, southwestern Turkey's extraordinary "Cotton Castle"! Marvel at the dazzling white travertine terraces, sculpted by mineral-rich thermal waters. Day 6: Pamukkale – Izmir
We are beginning the day with a visit to the ancient city of Hierapolis, one of Turkey’s most remarkable archaeological sites. We are exploring its vast Necropolis, a fascinating ancient graveyard with hundreds of tombs and monuments. We will also admire the famous limestone terraces of Pamukkale, known for their natural beauty and unique white cascades formed by mineral-rich waters.
After exploring Hierapolis, we are continuing our journey to Selçuk, home to some of the most iconic ruins in the region. We'll go to the legendary Temple of Artemis, which was formerly one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.
We then continue our drive to the coastal city of Izmir. Upon arrival, we are checking in at the hotel, ready to relax and prepare for more exploration ahead.
Izmir
Experience Izmir, Turkey's vibrant city on the stunning Aegean coast! Explore the bustling Kemeraltı Bazaar, stroll along the beautiful waterfront promenade, and discover the magnificent ancient ruins of Ephesus nearby. Day 7: Izmir - Ephesus - Sirince - Izmir
We're starting the morning off by travelling to the ancient city of Ephesus, one of the most famous archaeological sites in the world. We are exploring its well-preserved ruins, including the magnificent Library of Celsus, the grand theatre that once held thousands of spectators, and ancient temples that reflect the glory of Roman civilization. Ephesus offers a true glimpse into life during the classical era and remains one of Turkey’s top historical highlights.
After exploring Ephesus, we are heading to Selçuk for a traditional Turkish lunch served in a nomadic-style tent. Here, we’ll enjoy freshly made Gözleme, a delicious stuffed flatbread that’s a beloved part of Turkish cuisine.
In the afternoon, we are visiting the charming hillside village of Şirince, known for its beautiful stone houses, narrow lanes, and peaceful atmosphere. You’ll have time to browse local handmade crafts and taste a variety of regional fruit wines.
We are returning to Izmir in the evening for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Izmir – Pergamum – Canakkale
We are departing early for Bergama to explore the ancient Asklepion, one of the most renowned healing centers of the classical world. We’ll walk through its well-preserved ruins and learn about its role in early medicine and spiritual healing.
After discovering this historic site, we are continuing our journey to the legendary city of Troy. Known from Homer’s Iliad, Troy is where the famous Trojan War is believed to have taken place.
Canakkale
Discover Canakkale, northwest Turkey's historic gem! This city is your gateway to the legendary battlefields of Gallipoli and the ancient ruins of Troy. Explore the fascinating Canakkale Naval Museum, enjoy the scenic Dardanelles Strait, and immerse yourself in centuries of rich history and culture.

Day 9: Canakkale – Gallipol - Istanbul
After breakfast, we are setting out to cross the Dardanelles Strait, a historic waterway that links Europe and Asia. We'll enjoy the beautiful scenery as we travel across before moving on to the Gallipoli Peninsula, one of the most important battlegrounds of World War I.
We are visiting key sites that honour the memory of those who fought and fell here, including Anzac Cove, the landing site of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps. Our journey continues to the Nek and Conk Bair, both powerful reminders of the fierce battles that took place. We will also stop at Lone Pine Cemetery and the 57th Regiment Memorial, where we pay tribute to the bravery and sacrifice of the Turkish soldiers.

Day 10: In Istanbul
Istanbul - Back Streets
We are beginning our culinary journey in Istanbul at the vibrant Spice Market, where we’ll learn about the rich variety of spices that once shaped Ottoman cuisine. We are tasting Turkish Delight and local nuts while taking in the incredible colours and aromas that fill the air.
Next, we are walking across the Galata Bridge toward the lively Galata district. We'll pause along the way to sample baklava, one of Turkey's most popular desserts.
As we make our way toward Beyoglu, we’ll pause to sip traditional Turkish coffee and perhaps try a sesame-covered simit or roasted chestnuts sold by local vendors.
In Beyoglu, we are sampling a variety of delicious street foods, including fried mussels, mussel dolma, and tangy pickles.
After the tour, we will transfer you back to your hotel.
