Where will you begin?

Cancun

A lively Caribbean base with a broad choice of beachfront resorts, restaurants and excursions.

Riviera Maya

Explore the coast south of Cancun, with beaches, cenotes and access to Maya heritage sites.

Beyond the beach

Mexico City and San Miguel de Allende offer a different kind of holiday, centred on art, architecture and regional food. Ask us about a separate city stay.

Plan with a little perspective

Cancun or the Riviera Maya: where should I stay?

Start with how you want to spend your days. Compare the Cancun Hotel Zone if access to a concentrated resort, shopping and nightlife area matters. Look at the individual Riviera Maya property if you prefer a different coastal base or want to plan excursions. A region covers many locations: neither label guarantees a quiet atmosphere, a walkable town or a particular beach.

Check the resort on a map, compare transfer arrangements and decide whether evenings in town are essential. Mexico City is a different travel product; do not assume that a city stay fits a beach all-inclusive package.

Can I search Mexico packages from my Canadian airport?

Use the departure selector on the vacation search page, choose your destination and enter dates and traveller details. Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, Calgary and Edmonton are examples of airports a traveller may wish to check, not a promise of available routes or nonstop packages. Suppliers, connections and seasonal schedules vary.

The Search Mexico packages button opens the general engine. It does not select Mexico or a departure airport automatically. If no suitable offer appears, ask us to compare alternatives rather than assuming a route operates.

What does a Mexico all-inclusive package include?

Check two things: the travel package and the resort meal plan. The package identifies flights, nights, room category, baggage and transfers when included. The meal plan describes meals, drinks and facilities at the property. Verify each item in the actual supplier offer before paying.

Excursions, spa treatments, premium drinks, upgraded rooms, private transfers and some dining can cost extra. Check any local charges and the final total. Supplier conditions take precedence over a general description.

Which package suits families, couples or solo travellers?

Families should compare room occupancy, bedding and the ages used for child prices, then verify the facilities that matter. Couples considering adults-only stays should check the minimum age and whether it applies to the entire property. Solo travellers should compare the total for single occupancy rather than an advertised price based on two people sharing.

Accessible rooms, mobility assistance and particular transfer arrangements need supplier confirmation. Give our team specific requirements before choosing an offer.

How should I compare dates and total value?

Compare the same departure city, dates, number of nights, travellers and room category. Review flight times, connections, baggage and transfers before treating one offer as better value. A cheaper headline price can involve different arrangements.

No page can guarantee the cheapest booking day, a future price drop or ideal beach weather. Consider flexibility, current conditions and cancellation terms alongside the total cost.

Why book through Air Valet?

When to go

Mexico's climate varies widely. For Cancun and the Riviera Maya, winter and spring are popular beach travel periods; summer and autumn can bring more rain and tropical weather. Compare your dates with the local forecast and current advisories rather than assuming the same weather across the country.

Getting there

Cancun International Airport is a common gateway for Cancun and the Riviera Maya. Confirm the airport, transfer arrangements and estimated journey to your specific hotel. Flight schedules, routes and package inclusions depend on your departure city and travel dates.

A smooth departure

Before you travel

Entry rules depend on citizenship, travel documents and itinerary. Review the Government of Canada's Mexico guidance and the Mexican authorities' requirements before booking and again before departure. Regional safety advisories also differ within Mexico.
