Requirements depend on nationality, travel documents, destination, transit points and travel purpose. Check the official government guidance for every country on your itinerary. Airline boarding checks and border decisions remain separate from a booking confirmation.

UK ETA

Some visitors need a UK electronic travel authorisation. Others need a visa or are exempt. Check your circumstances and apply through the official UK service. An ETA does not guarantee entry.

China transit

Visa-free transit depends on the applicable policy, nationality, route, permitted ports and other conditions. Do not assume that a connection permits entry into China. Check the National Immigration Administration and confirm your itinerary with the carrier.
