How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your personal information at any time. Follow the steps below and our team will process your request.
Send us an email
Email contact@airvalet.ca with the subject line “Delete my data” .
Provide your details
Include the email address and name you entered on the quote form in the app so we can locate your requests.
We process your request
We will confirm your request by email and complete the deletion within 30 days. If verification is required, we will contact the email address on file.

You Don’t Need an Account
The app does not require sign-up or user accounts. You can browse destinations, read travel guides and save a shortlist without providing personal information.
Browsing
You can browse destinations and travel information without providing personal details.
Quote Requests
Personal information is only received when you submit a quote request or choose to enable offer notifications.
What Gets Deleted
When you request deletion, we permanently delete your quote request information, including:
- Your name, email address and phone number, if provided
- The destination or offer you asked about
- Travel dates and number of travellers
- Departure city and budget
- Notes included with your request
- The copy of the request emailed to our advisors
What Is Kept, and for How Long?
If a quote became a booking, booking and payment records are retained only for as long as required by applicable Ontario travel-industry regulations (TICO) and Canadian tax and accounting laws.
Delete It Yourself, Right Now
Offer Notifications
Turn notifications off in the app’s settings. This deletes your device’s notification token from our server.
Saved Destinations
Saved destinations, collections and travel preferences are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the app or clearing its storage deletes them permanently.
Data Held by Other Companies
Bookings made through our booking system, or finalized with an airline, hotel or tour operator, may also be held by those companies under their own privacy policies.
